Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Client Services (PST or CST) to lead eDiscovery projects remotely in the US. You will manage budgets, advise clients on best practices, and drive efficient delivery using Lighthouse technologies while guiding pod communications and standards development.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in project management within legal/eDiscovery spaces, strong Relativity experience, and a proven ability to reduce cost and speed up delivery while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of work experience with at least four years in e-Discovery project management.
• Relativity experience required.
• Excellent eDiscovery skills to drive use of technology and workflows that reduce costs, speed delivery, and improve quality.
• Knowledge of Lighthouse workflows and internal tools to act as escalation resource.
• Strong written and verbal communication to manage stakeholders.
• Strong project management to deepen client relationships and deliver projects to completion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to manage scope, execution, and delivery of solutions per Lighthouse standards.
• Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
• Initiate work for clients by creating work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
