Job summary
KLDiscovery Limited is seeking a Senior Litigation Data Analyst for Hosted Services to provide expert Relativity support, build complex workspace structures, and mentor junior analysts. You will configure Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets, and design advanced search and workflow solutions for demanding clients.
The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, client interaction, and training material development, in a remote-friendly culture with opportunities to lead projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct Relativity experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with RelativityOne and Relativity Server.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in litigation support/vendor environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Relativity support and troubleshooting for complex data loading and platform configuration.
- Design and maintain Relativity workspace structures with complex permissions.
- Configure Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets for clients.
- Develop and maintain event handlers to automate workflows.
- Mentor and coach Data Analysts and onboard new team members.
- Represent KLDiscovery in client meetings and training sessions.
