• Experience supporting data center accounts and field service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to Field Sales & Service and Data Center Accounts globally.
• Create test plans to validate new or existing product equipment offerings.
• Collaborate with quality management and engineering to improve lifecycle cost.
