Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to partner with our OptiFreight IT Team and business units. You will analyze product needs, define requirements, and support the solutions making process while ensuring alignment with IT and CAH stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineers and external providers, handling responsibilities from requirements to testing and issue resolution in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno).
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience, Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain decisions and discuss requirements.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Take reports of defects and create incident tickets to resolve.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
