Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to join the OptiFreight IT Team. You will collaborate with engineers and external providers to implement integrations, analyze customer requirements, and translate them into actionable IT specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in product systems analysis or related roles.
• Strong scripting, SQL, and API testing aptitude.
• Experience with diagnostics and debugging tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.

Responsabilidades

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders; manage defects and incidents.
