Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Client Support Specialist to act as a liaison between clients and our software delivery teams, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of in-house solutions. You will validate issues, route them to internal resources, and support training sessions.

You will handle day-to-day production support, triage client questions, perform test cases, and assist with UAT/QA engagements, ensuring production readiness and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Secondary Marketing, Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Tech, Loan Trading, Capital Markets Operations or related field.
• At least 6 months in a production support, software support, implementation, operations or client-facing role.
• Experience supporting software implementations, client-facing production support, UAT/QA testing, or post-go-live activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to promote client adoption after go-live and address routine questions.
• Handle production usage issues, perform initial triage, and document details for follow-up.
• Route issues to internal resources and track updates through resolution.
• Support client UAT/QA testing engagements with test cases and defect logging.
• Assist with release validation, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
• Deliver training sessions to clients and internal staff as assigned.
• Build knowledge of SitusAMC software and client workflows to guide resolution.
