Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an analyst-level professional to act as a liaison between SitusAMC and its clients, guiding the delivery and configuration of software into production environments. You will validate defects, route them for resolution, and provide training to clients and internal teams.

Key duties include documenting specifications, conducting client and internal trainings, performing on-site or via Virtual Service Delivery, and configuring installation settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Knowledge of Internet browser software and Microsoft Office suite
• Exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between SitusAMC and clients to facilitate delivery and configuration into client environments
• Receives, validates, and routes software defects for resolution
• Provides client and internal training on SitusAMC software
• Performs on-site and via Virtual Service Delivery (VSD)
• Demonstrates upgrade features and configuration demonstrations
• Configures application setup and installation
