SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support design and build of our technologies. You will work with Product Owners and Analysts to translate user needs into actionable requirements for development and QA within agile teams.

The role emphasizes documenting requirements, supporting sprints, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and users across the organization.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in mortgage/technology/secondary markets.
• Experience as a QA or Technology Analyst is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and document system/user requirements.
• Define project goals, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Support agile teams, QA, and UAT testing.
• Track and prioritize projects; communicate progress to stakeholders.
