Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a results-driven analyst to act as a liaison between SitusAMC and clients, facilitating delivery and configuration of software into client environments. This role requires validating defects, documenting findings, and supporting trainings for clients and internal teams.

The position involves testing applications, analyzing specifications, and guiding on-site or virtual service delivery. It offers a base salary with potential for bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, plus 1 year related experience.
• 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level.
• Knowledge of Internet browser software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills.
• Strong customer service acumen.
• Works well in group settings and resolves conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Documents specifications and creates user guides, release notes, configurations.
• Conducts client admin, client end-user, and internal trainings.
• Tests SitusAMC applications for project and support activities.
• Reads and interprets XMLs and analyzes requirements.
• Performs on-site and virtual service delivery as needed.
• Adapts to changes and supports upgrade features.
