Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a role that acts as a bridge between clients and our software delivery team, coordinating the configuration and deployment of SitusAMC solutions in client environments. You will validate defects, perform trainings, and help implement upgrades and custom configurations.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent with 2–4 years in an analyst-like role, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between SitusAMC and clients to facilitate software delivery and configuration.
• Receive, validate, and route software defects for resolution.
• Provide training to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct on-site and Virtual Service Delivery (VSD) trainings.
• Configure application setup and installation.
• Read and interpret XMLs as applicable.
• Test SitusAMC applications for project and support activities.
• Document specifications and create user guides and release notes.
• Analyze requirements and potential enhancements.
