Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a skilled client-facing specialist to join our team in a fully remote role. You will serve as a liaison between SitusAMC and clients to ensure successful delivery and adoption of our software, validate issues, and coordinate across internal groups.

You will conduct training, support production deployments, and contribute to testing efforts, including UAT and regression checks. The position emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Secondary Marketing, Mortgage Lending, or related field.
• At least six months in a production or software support role.
• Experience supporting software implementations and client-facing activities.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support to promote client adoption after go-live.
• Receive client issues, triage, document details for follow-up.
• Route issues to internal teams and track resolution progress.
• Support UAT/QA testing by executing test cases and logging defects.
• Assist with release validation, regression testing, and configuration checks.
• Deliver admin, end-user, and internal training sessions.
• Build knowledge of SitusAMC software and client workflows.
• Use judgment to resolve moderately complex issues within guidelines.
