Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work 9am-5pm CST with potential for extra hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer-service orientation and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Willingness to learn Equip’s platform and best practices.
• Comfort with ambiguity and quick, critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support to users experiencing product issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform problems via multiple channels.
• Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
