Equip is a fully virtual company delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment across all 50 states. We are seeking a remote product support specialist to join a dedicated care-driven team.

You will provide prompt assistance for users, troubleshoot software issues, and document resolutions while collaborating with internal stakeholders. The role is a full-time hourly, six-month assignment with a 40-hour workweek.

Competenze

• Associates or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must work 9am-5pm CST; additional hours possible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer-service orientation with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with processes and accuracy.
• Quick learner with interest in Equip’s platform.
• Able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, courteous support to users with product issues.
• Troubleshoot software and platform problems via phone, email, chat.
• Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team and follow up.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
