Job summary

Equip Health is hiring a Care Experience Associate to support patient and family engagement and scheduling across Care Experience departments, ensuring a cohesive onboarding and recovery journey. The role collaborates with Scheduling Operations, Recovery Navigation, Care Delivery, Admissions and Financial Counseling to deliver a seamless care experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year professional customer service experience in health care settings.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely and efficient manner to assigned tasks.
• Meet and support established service goals and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards.
