Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines to work remotely. You will serve as a strategic business consultant, monitor regulatory changes, analyze market trends, and influence product strategy across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teammates, and present findings to senior leaders including VP level. A strong background in personal lines P&C and regulatory knowledge is essential for success in this remote,

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
6+ years in personal lines P&C.
Experience in state product management or related functions.
Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to lead through influence and present to leadership.
