Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ years of related work experience, with 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive initiatives forward.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into strategy and actions.
