Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor for Personal Lines, remote across the United States. You’ll act as a strategic business consultant, analyzing regulatory changes, trends, and business impacts, and you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to implement product strategies.

You will present to senior leadership, mentor teammates, and collaborate on policy language while maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and strong communication with internal partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with typically 5+ years in Personal Lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy, development, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules, and forms.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Outstanding analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of partners.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive work forward.
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert knowledge of insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert, providing insights on regulatory changes, trends, and business impacts.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support product implementation.
• Advise senior leadership and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and operations.
• Research and stay current on local regulatory conditions and market changes.
• Present findings to leadership and management levels; guide responses to legislative changes.
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to policy language and guideline updates.
