You will act as a strategic business consultant, delivering regulatory insights, emerging trends, and business impacts while guiding cross-functional initiatives and advising senior leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations, SME support for local market product implementations, and collaboration to shape policy language and market strategy.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
6+ years in related work, 5+ in personal lines P&C.
Experience in state product management or related functions.
Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to lead through influence and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions.
Leads cross-functional initiatives and advises senior leadership.
Analyzes data and presents findings to leadership for strategy.
