Job summary

Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is seeking a Product Sales Manager for Miller Fall Protection to drive sales growth, provide technical support, and train customers in OSHA/ANSI compliant solutions within an assigned territory.

You will work with distributors, end users, and strategic accounts, deliver product demonstrations, support launches, and stay current on industry standards while representing PIP and Miller at trade shows and training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales, product support, or training experience, especially in PPE/safety products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and training skills with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% for field training and events.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the Miller Fall Protection portfolio, providing technical expertise and field guidance.
• Drive sales growth through territory and national account initiatives via site visits and demonstrations.
• Deliver comprehensive training for internal teams, distributors, contractors, and end users on compliance and product use.
• Partner with distributors and sales teams to identify opportunities and convert competitive fall protection business.
• Support launches of new Miller products and communicate key features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards relevant to fall protection.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Gather field intelligence to support product development and portfolio enhancements.
• Analyze regional sales performance to support forecasting and growth.
• Represent PIP and Miller at trade shows and training events.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline in line with policies.
