Job summary

SourceWhale Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in PPE and industrial safety to lead growth across a multi-state territory.

You will develop and execute a regional sales strategy, identify distributors and end users, and build strong relationships with key accounts to expand market share. This is an autonomous, field-based role requiring travel 2-3 days per week and a proven hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in PPE or industrial safety equipment.
• Experience selling through industrial distributors.
• Track record of expanding revenue across multi-state territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify and secure new business via distributors, partners, and end users.
• Build relationships with distributors, safety suppliers, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales calls.
• Manage territory planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to drive regional growth.
