Talentoma is seeking an associate-level Product Research role to process research requests, scope studies, and summarize findings for product decisions. The position works on a remote basis from Ohio, with a 40-hour weekly commitment and collaboration with product managers, researchers, and customer-facing teams.

The role emphasizes producing concise summaries, coordinating surveys using Qualtrics, and organizing interview notes with Google Sheets and Wrike for status tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in research support or product-focused analysis.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
• Ability to write clear research briefs and summaries.
• Experience with Qualtrics, Google Sheets and Wrike.
• Authorized to work in the United States; fully remote in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the research request queue and capture the business question, audience, timing, and desired decision.
• Review requests for clear objectives and appropriate research methods.
• Create research briefs outlining study goals, participant criteria, and deliverables.
• Coordinate research activities with product managers, researchers, and customer-facing teams.
• Prepare concise finding summaries identifying patterns and recommendations for further investigation.
• Maintain quality through timely turnaround and complete notes from intake to close.
