Job summary

Survey 160 seeks a Business Development Associate to drive client acquisitions across research and advertising analytics sectors. You will work with leadership to craft and execute a growth strategy, building relationships at conferences and through targeted outreach while understanding researchers’ needs.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years in sales or business development in market research, a proven ability to communicate clearly in client-facing writing, and a proactive, self-starting

Qualifications

• Two or more years of client services experience in research or survey-adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client-facing writing.
• Ability to work productively with remote colleagues.
• Highest degree of integrity with respect to access to sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new business sales strategy with leadership.
• Build relationships with potential clients via conferences and meetings.
• Attend conferences and manage exhibitor booths; approx. 10 conferences per year.
• Contribute to Survey 160 social media, blog, newsletter, and other communications.
• Assist in developing proposals for first-time clients.
• Support marketing strategies including paid campaigns.
