The role is remote, during standard business hours, with a salary range from $87,622 to $116,829 and potential bonuses. Requires 5 years of PO/BA experience and Salesforce/Totara/Moodle familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, LMS, and connected systems for data integrity.
• Review test cases and perform end-to-end testing with business stakeholders.
