Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner/Manager for a remote role to support MedCerts’ Salesforce and LMS teams. You will translate business needs into detailed stories, coordinate changes across systems, and ensure data integrity through testing and acceptance activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Product Owner/BA role, strong analytical skills, and experience with Agile, Salesforce, and Totara/Moodle. Salary range shown reflects market norms for a remote US position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain complex business or technical problems clearly.
• Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker.
• Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems.
• Review test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Triage defects and support production issue investigations.
• Develop workflow diagrams and document business processes.
