Qualifications

• Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems.
• Support backlog prioritization by assessing value, urgency, risk, and effort.
• Review test cases and conduct end-to-end testing with stakeholders.
• Triage defects and help determine remediation priorities.
