Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to support MedCerts' Salesforce and LMS teams. This remote role reports to the Head of Product Management and QA and spans the full SDLC from requirements through testing and deployment.

The right candidate has 5+ years in Product Owner or TBA roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, Totara or Moodle. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; remote-friendly with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, & problem-solving ability.
• Able to explain complex problems clearly and logically.
• Curios, detail-oriented, critical thinker.
• Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems.
• Support backlog prioritization by assessing value and effort.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
