Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role.

• Curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker; Agile methodology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, LMS, and connected systems to ensure data integrity.
• Review test cases for alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria; perform end-to-end testing and UAT.
