Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a remote Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to support MedCerts' Salesforce and LMS initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with product management, developers, and QA, and drive testing and release activities.

Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and ensuring data integrity across systems. 5+ years in a Product Owner or B.A. role and Salesforce/Moodle experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, the LMS, and connected systems for data flow.
• Review test cases for alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform end-to-end testing and coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Triage defects and support remediation priorities.
