Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate work across Salesforce, LMS, and connected systems to ensure data consistency.
• Review test cases for alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria; participate in end-to-end testing and UAT.
• Triage and reproduce defects, document findings, and help priority remediation.
