Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Owner to partner with stakeholders and engineering to define and prioritize the roadmap for an enterprise Chat Platform (Chat and IVA/IVR). You will translate strategic goals into actionable features, manage scoping and timelines, and drive sprint execution across multi-channel experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of chat, IVR, and conversational AI, plus experience with cloud integrations and modern delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, CS or related field.
• 2+ years as Product Owner/BA/Agile delivery in IT or software.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine product roadmap, release timelines, scope, and design for chat/IVR channels.
• Plan sprints with teams; break down AI initiatives into user stories and requirements.
• Guide development, remove blockers, escalate risks as needed.
• Apply domain knowledge of chat/IVR/conversational AI and cloud architectures to evaluate solutions.
