Job summary

BMO is seeking an Associate Product Owner for the IVR platform within Virtual Connect, with a focus on migrating to Amazon Connect and enhancing customer and employee experiences. This fully remote role will report into the Customer Solutions family and supports Eastern hours.

You will own the full product lifecycle, define roadmaps, backlogs, and go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations to deliver value across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the InvestorLine business and IVR integration.
• Foundational to advanced proficiency across marketing, strategy, and product management.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and backlog prioritization.
• Experience working with cloud contact center migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Define go-to-market, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive feature enhancements post-migration.
