Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Associate Product Owner for the Chat Platform, covering chat and IVA/IVR experiences. You will translate stakeholder priorities into actionable features and user stories, coordinate scope and release planning, and partner with Scrum and engineering teams to deliver multi-channel customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience writing user stories, managing software backlogs, and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and refine product roadmaps, release timelines, feature scope, and functional designs for chat and IVR channels.
• Maintain, prioritize, and groom the Chat Platform backlog in alignment with strategic goals and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Team Managers, Scrum Masters, and engineers to establish sprint goals, plan iterations, and translate conversational AI initiatives into user stories and technical requirements.
• Guide delivery discussions using business and technical context; identify impediments, support decisions, and elevate risks or issues as needed.
• Apply knowledge of chat, IVR/voice conversational AI, integrations, and cloud architectures to evaluate solutions, validate designs, and support platform optimization.
