Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an Associate Product Owner to guide the enterprise Chat Platform, including chat and IVR capabilities, working with stakeholders and Scrum teams to translate strategy into deliverable features.

You will plan sprints, write user stories, and provide technical guidance to remove blockers, while aligning timelines with business goals and cloud-based integrations. Experience with enterprise-grade platforms is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Product Owner, BA, or Agile delivery role in IT/software.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs (Jira, digital.ai Agility).
• Preferred: enterprise chat, IVR, or conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Background in health insurance or a regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the product roadmap and backlog for Chat Platform (Chat and IVR).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Scrum teams, and engineers to translate goals into features.
• Plan sprints, write user stories, and manage timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and remove blockers to delivery.
• Evaluate multi-channel solutions and support platform optimization.
