Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product owners to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows: PRDs, quarterly roadmaps, feature launches, and stakeholder decks.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week, more if desired) with an ASAP start. Exceptional writing, precision, and detail are essential to succeed in this collaboration with a leading AI lab.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
