Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of product management to guide training of a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, from PRD creation to roadmaps and launches, with a focus on AI-generated document workflows and stakeholder-ready readouts.

You will refine product decisions using A/B test results and deliver high-quality docs, decks, and summaries across core workflows, driving quarterly priorities and GTM

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead product requirements documents and spec reviews, quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks.
• Own feature launch and go-to-market readiness plans and readouts for stakeholders.
• Synthesize user research and prepare executive product update decks.
