Job summary

Ethos, a leading AI lab network, seeks experienced technical operations leads to train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own production capacity planning, BOM packages, QA reports, and supplier qualification tasks across critical workflows.

We expect hands-on engineering/ops experience, ability to craft expert-grade docs and slides, and strong written communication. This remote, flexible role starts ASAP with 5–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Handle core workflows: production capacity models, BOM packages, QA checklists, and supplier qualifications.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes in regulated environments.
