Job summary

American College of Education seeks a Product Manager, Student Acquisition to own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the end-to-end student acquisition journey. You will align Marketing, Enrollment, Admissions, Student Services, and IT to translate growth goals into a prioritized product roadmap and measurable value from technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, CRM, enrollment technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product strategy and roadmap across multiple platforms, business functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, contract performance, and third-party platform dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures for the Student Acquisition value stream.
• Own the end-to-end prospect-to-started-student journey; identify friction and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and monitor product objectives and KPIs across funnel and operational metrics.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements for Owners, delivery teams, vendors, and partners.
• Guide product discovery, experimentation, usability testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, consent, and FERPA compliance across platforms.
