Job summary

American College of Education seeks a Product Manager for Student Acquisition to own the strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end student funnel from prospective to started student, coordinating across Marketing, Enrollment, Admissions, Student Services, and IT. You will translate growth goals into an outcome-based backlog and drive improvements across CRM and digital experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product management, with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Five or more years in product management, digital product strategy, CRM, enrollment tech, or related discipline.
• Experience owning a product strategy and roadmap across platforms and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate business problems into outcome-based requirements.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM and enrollment technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Student Acquisition value stream.
• Own end-to-end prospect-to-started-student journey and identify friction with data and feedback.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including funnel conversion, yield, and cycle time.
• Prioritize initiatives across the product ecosystem based on value, risk, and effort.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements for owners, delivery teams, and partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to sequence delivery and validate releases.
