Job summary

The Association of American Medical Colleges is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist to own the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled solutions for learners, advisors, institutions, and residency programs.

You will translate business needs into product requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, analytics, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years of related work experience.
Experience in matrixed environments and educational platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the business owner for assigned CES products; plan, deliver, implement, and continuously improve technology-enabled solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements and backlogs.
Lead testing, deployment readiness, and release management for product initiatives.
Engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and inform future roadmap decisions.
Monitor product performance and drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
