Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or SaaS experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Leverage customer feedback, market intelligence, competitive research, and product analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with UX, Engineering, Data, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define KPIs and success metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Drive product launches and change management activities.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert.
