Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including SaaS or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of the higher education market.
• Experience defining and launching products in complex domains.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for Kuali Research, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
• Translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable user stories and criteria.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Refine roadmap priorities with other Product Managers and validate outcomes.
• Support release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Be the voice of the customer within the scrum team.
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven decisions to improve adoption.
