Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to advance Microsoft 365 management, security, and governance across our product portfolio. You will collaborate with engineering to shape features for MSPs and enterprise IT, focusing on tenant security posture, policy governance, and multi-tenant operations.

The role requires hands-on MS 365 administration, MSP experience, and strong communication. This remote US-based position offers a competitive base with bonus and stock options.

Qualificações

• Experience building software for MSPs with multi-tenant environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years in Microsoft 365/MSP software space or MSP admin.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for 365 management capabilities across Nerdio products.
• Prioritize capabilities for MSPs and enterprise admins based on impact and feasibility.
• Define user stories and specifications for engineering; collaborate with QA, writers, and marketing.
