Job summary

Merative is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer to drive governance across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Fabric governance. You will translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services for business users, coordinating with security and IT operations.

The role focuses on agent deployment governance, licensing differences, sandbox-to-production workflows, and enterprise governance documentation.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Copilot governance.
Hands-on understanding of Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and tenant governance.
Experience with Fabric workspaces, licensing, and Data Agent governance.
Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment, sandbox-to-prod workflows, and access management.
Ability to document ITSM processes and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

Govern Copilot governance including agent controls, deployment readiness, and licensing differences.
Document and support onboarding, access controls, and approvals for Copilot agents.
Support governance for Power Platform and Fabric environments, connectors, and capacity usage.
Assist with ServiceNow catalogues, ITSM readiness, and production-release workflows.
Collaborate with security for conditional access, Defender, and DSPM in agent onboarding.
Maintain governance artifacts, dashboards, and discussions with stakeholders.
