Job summary

Merative seeks a skilled M365 Engineer to govern Copilot, Power Platform, and Fabric governance across enterprise environments. You will manage agent deployment, access controls, and production readiness, partnering with Security, IT Operations, and Microsoft support to ensure auditable, ticket-driven services for business users.

The role emphasizes governance catalog maintenance, environment management, and incident troubleshooting while aligning with DLP, IAM, and Defender policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Copilot governance.
• Experience documenting governance artifacts and ticket-driven workflows.
• Ability to review licensing differences and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Govern Copilot and Agent Controls, including access and deployment readiness.
• Document licensing differences, premium capabilities, and usage limits.
• Configure agent deployment workflows from sandbox to production with access controls.
• Support ServiceNow workflows and security review processes for governance.
• Coordinate with security teams on conditional access, DLP, Defender, and onboarding.
• Govern Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain governance catalogs and tracking sheets for production readiness.
