Job summary

ICF is seeking an M365 / Collaboration Platform Administrator to configure, govern, and maintain Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS productivity tools for a federal program. The role reports to the Cloud / Enterprise Architecture Lead and emphasizes secure, scalable tenant management and governance.

The position is remote-friendly with occasional onsite requirements in the Washington, DC area. US residency and eligibility for a Public Trust are required for this federal contract role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration, SaaS platform management, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years configuring and administering Microsoft 365 tenants incl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security/compliance settings.
• 2+ years administering Power Platform environments, including governance, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in HHS, NIH, FDA, or other health-focused agencies.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
• Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants with security baselines and DLP controls.
• Manage SaaS platforms like OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, GitHub, with access controls and guest configurations.
• Govern Power Platform environments with security models and data boundaries.
• Apply data protection and compliance settings across platforms, including sensitivity labels and encryption.
• Manage Exchange Online configuration, mail flow policies, spam protections, and safe links/attachments.
• Use PowerShell and Graph API for scalable, automated configurations and audits.
• Manage licenses and subscriptions; reclaim unused licenses and control app sprawl.
• Perform quarterly reviews against security baselines and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with identity, device, and cybersecurity teams for a unified Zero Trust model.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and runbooks.
