Job summary

Merative is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Fabric governance across enterprise environments. You will translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services for business users.

Responsibilities include onboarding AI agents, enforcing access controls, partnering with security stakeholders, and maintaining production readiness through Jira-linked planning and governance tracking.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and governance tooling.
Ability to translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services.
Experience with environment and connector governance in Power Platform.
Familiarity with security reviews, DLP, and conditional access for AI agents.

Responsibilities

Manage governance for Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite incl. Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
Onboard enterprise AI agents with access controls and deployment readiness.
Coordinate with security teams on conditional access, DLP, Defender analysis, and policies.
Govern Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, and environment policies.
Document governance, tracking sheets, Jira planning, and production readiness activities.
Support Fabric governance including workspace naming, roles, and external sharing.
Troubleshoot Copilot deployment differences and agent validation.
Assist ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM docs, and approval workflows.
