Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks an experienced 365 Admin and Help Desk Manager to lead IT operations focusing on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and security compliance. Hybrid work from Manassas, VA or Charleston, SC with DoD/federal project exposure.

You will manage a help desk team, implement zero-trust controls, and drive NIST SP 800-171/CMMC alignment while delivering timely end-user support and incident response.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• 5+ years hands-on administering Microsoft 365 environments (E3/E5) especially SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Experience implementing and maintaining NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC controls and audits.
• Proven track record leading a help desk/service desk with SLAs and end-user support excellence.
• Strong knowledge of zero-trust, conditional access, MFA, DLP, and security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
• Oversee Intune for device enrollment, compliance, Autopilot, and security baselines across multiple platforms.
• Manage Defender suite and Defender for Endpoint/Office/Identity; monitor SIEM with Sentinel and automate responses.
• Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2+ through SSP, POA&M, and audit prep.
• Lead and mentor the help desk team, including staffing, training, and escalation processes.
• Develop and enforce IT policies aligned with zero-trust, MFA, conditional access, and DLP.
