Job summary

TEKsystems in Nashville is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the M365 team during understaffing and rising project demand. The role focuses on improving security posture by reviewing Falcon Shield findings and supporting remediation across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities include enterprise app registrations, service accounts, PowerShell automation improvements, and general M365 tenant administration.

Qualifications

• Experience as the primary M365 administrator in a large enterprise environment with ~8,000 users.
• Ability to assess security findings and determine remediation actions.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to support onboarding and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation efforts related to Falcon Shield findings and improve M365 security posture.
• Manage tenant settings, policy management, security configurations, and day-to-day administration across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
• Work with enterprise applications, app registrations, API access, service accounts and service principals to secure integrations.
