Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience and strong financial literacy.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert accounting knowledge and insights for government-focused projects.
• Lead and manage integration of accounting software to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, business, and IT teams on process improvements.
• Develop program documentation, training content, and manuals.
• Guide stakeholders through complex public policy implementations.
• Provide training and support on new software tools and platforms.
• Define project direction, scope, and priorities with partners and contractors.
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data into action.
