Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with state government regulations.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert accounting knowledge and insights.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tech solutions, incl. system conversions and integrations.
• Guide stakeholders through complex public policy implementation and business processes.
• Explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Develop and review program documentation, training content, and manuals.
• Collaborate with legal, public policy, business, and operations teams to ensure accurate accounting processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement to boost efficiency.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
• Review content for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead integration of accounting software to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software implementation and integration.
• Coordinate with IT on audit logging, system integrations, and monitoring.
• Provide training and support on new software tools.
• Define project direction, scope, and priorities.
